About Micros Fidelio
Fidelio was a hotel property management system that MICROS Systems took over in the 1990s (30% stake first, the remainder in 1995). It was succeeded by OPERA, and MICROS was later acquired by Oracle. Fidelio installations remain on legacy versions and connect through their own interface, separate from OPERA's.

Innspire TV connects to Micros Fidelio so the guest-room TV knows who is staying. It greets guests by name in their language, shows the folio, and clears casting pairings and app logins when they check out.
