Mexico City – InnSpire, provider of a technology suite that helps drive a seamless, world-class guest experience for some of the world’s most iconic hotels and brands, has completed its first move into the Latin American market through a strategic partnership with telecommunications specialist Nimbus Networks.

The new regional reseller and distributor partnership has already resulted in Nimbus Networks installing InnSpire’s suite of networking and guest-facing technology in four hotels in Peru: the AC CostaVerde in Lima, the Aloft Miraflores, the Westin Miraflores and the Casa Andina Premium San Isidro.

Grupo Libertador, owner of three of the four Peruvian properties that implemented the InnSpire solution in late 2018, cited the company’s innovation and Nimbus’s solid reputation in the Latin American market as the main reasons for its decision. Juan Carlos Vega, Corporate IT Chief of Operations at Grupo Libertador, said: “As the region’s most important operator of Marriott properties, and the largest hotel chain in Perú, we seek to always be at the forefront of good service offered to our customers. With this in mind, we set out to offer a good variety of entertainment services, as well as new ways to communicate with our guests —all depending on providers that we know we can trust.”

Beyond the first four hotels in Peru, Nimbus Networks and InnSpire planned to expand into more countries in the region, with a special focus on Mexico, Argentina and Chile.

“When InnSpire considered entering the Latin American market, we knew that it was essential to select a partner with a reputation for excellent service, with wide distribution across multiple countries with different cultures and languages. We found that partner and more in Nimbus. Not only do they have a sterling reputation for customer support, they have hundreds of customers across the region with multiple offices in key countries. I am so pleased to work with them and, clearly, it has already borne significant fruit. We look forward to continuing to work and grow with Nimbus for years to come,” said Dominic A. Locascio, President, Americas, at InnSpire.

“We chose InnSpire as a partner based on the flexibility of their solution, and their innovative approach to technology,” said Ernesto Romero, CEO of Nimbus Networks. “Their organization has been very easy to work with and offered us best-in-class support as we move forward with adding this technology to our portfolio.”

InnSpire and Nimbus Networks formed the partnership out of a shared need among Latin American hotels for high-end TV entertainment and in-room sales. Under the exclusive agreement, InnSpire trains Nimbus Networks’ staff to keep installations efficient, while Nimbus provides direct support to its hotel customers.
