About Hotello
Hotello is a cloud-based property management system for hotels, developed in Montreal and founded in 2001. It had roughly 500 customers in Canada and the United States when Mews, a hospitality software company, announced its acquisition of Hotello in April 2023.
Innspire and Hotello
Innspire TV connects to Hotello so the guest-room TV knows who is staying. It greets guests by name in their language, shows the folio, and clears casting pairings and app logins when they check out.
